I haven't blogged in a really long time.
But, at the moment, I don't have anything to say.
So I guess I'll just say this for now.

A couple more things...

Yeah, I was right. Zane was sleeping.
He took a nap for like, 2 and a half hours.

Oh and that other game we played was Egyptian Ratscrew.
And apparently I didn't use 25 letters in my Hangman.
I guess I only used like 23 or something.

Umm, yeah. That's really all now.
I think it is anyways.

Ohh, an adventure :)

I haven't ACTUALLY blogged in a long time.
And I have a story, so I thought I'd share it :)

Its Saturday afternoon.
Last night was an adventure.
Or should I say, this morning was.

See, yesterday Zane came over.
And at like 11:30 at night, Dad got a call from work that he had to go in for awhile or something. I'm not really sure what happened during that conversation. Anyways, he had to go into work.
So Dad gave Zane and I the option of dropping Zane off now, or going to work with him and dropping Zane off after. We thought it would be fun to go to work for awhile. We got there at around midnight. All of us thought it would be like, 2 hours tops.

Sitting in the control room was not as boring as it sounds.
Zane and I played cards for like an hour. He beat me at War, Old Maid, and another game that I don't remember. I completely dominated at Speed though.
After that, we played some game in a notebook, and Tic-tac-toe.
We also played Hangman. He used some word that doesn't exist.
I used too long of a phrase, so it used 25 letters of the alphabet.
It was basically an enormous fail on my part. Oh well.

By this time, its a little after 2 in the morning.
Zane and I had pretty much ran out of things to do.
So I took out my phone and we took about 50 pictures.
I tried to post all of them to Facebook, but only like 10 worked.
Then I was really bored and started dancing a little bit. I'm so cool.
At some point, we got hot chocolate and drank it with our Starcrunches.

When we finally left, it was after 3:30am.
Dad had promised us food after we left.
We discovered that Texan is open 24hours.
Zane got home at about 4:30.
I got home 15 minutes later.
Both of us basically died.

I woke up today at like 10:30.
Zane had already been here for half an hour.
I'm not really sure where he is right now.
I think he's upstairs taking a nap.
That's all that I can think of.

Yeah.

Well, I completely FAILLLLL at having a blog.

and i'm getting my butt kicked.
i did so good yesterday too :(
just kidding! i just came back and won.
that was a pretty great game :)

Apparently I don't say much about Zane in my blog and he was kinda complaining about it.
So I am blogging right now to talk about Zane.

EPIC STORY!!! On Sunday afternoon, he and I were playing cards with Isaac and then the game was over and Isaac left. So naturally, Zane started throwing cards at me. Well, he throws cards pretty hard and I thought he was going to kill me, so I politely asked him to stop throwing cards at me. He didn't. Eventually though, I guess I bugged him about it enough for him to make a deal with me.

"If you can guess which card is the ace of spades, I'll stop throwing cards at you." So he shuffled the cards, put the first one face down on the floor and asked me if that one was the ace of spades. "Nope." Okay, so then he put the next card face down on the floor and asked me if it was the ace of spades. "Yes." Then he flipped over the card. Ace of Spades. Epic win for Laura.

I'm pretty sure I'm never going to let him forget that :) He says he's never going to let me forget how he jumped out of the pantry and scared me on Friday though. So I guess we're even. Not really though, because guessing the ace of spades was WAYYY more epic than jumping out of a pantry. Zane, you lose :P

There are a couple videos on Gabe's blog of Zane singing. I would advise against watching them. Haha just kidding though. They're actually kinda funny :)

But this was a pretty long post.

Randomness is basically what I live for.

Its March now, so I decided that it was time for another post :)
Plus I'm just really bored because, it is only 7, and there is nothing to do.

I have decided that weekends and weekdays should switch.
Like, weekends should be 5 days long, and weeks should only be 2 days.
That would be pretty great, I like weekends.

Ummm, yeah. This is once again, pretty much a failure.
OH! So, exams for second trimester are this week.
I'm gonna fail everything. haha just kidding though.
But anyways, I'm not excited for them.
Nor am I looking forward to my third trimester schedule.
Hopefully I have classes and/or lunch with Becca.

On Saturday night, I started playing Farkle on facebook again.
It's quite pathetic, actually. I may be addicted to that game.
Although I must add that I only play to beat other people who play :D

I took a nap today. From like 4 until 6.
It was a very productive 2 hours.
I also took a half hour nap in Drama.
And slept an extra 10 minutes this morning.
So overall, I slept way more than usual today.
I guess I was especially tired.

Yeahhh, I have nothing more to say.

I'm posting again.
How very fascinating.

So, I don't remember why I was going to get on here.
Its quite a disappointment.
Because I think I may have had something actually worthwhile to say.

Oh well. I guess I'll go now.

SNOWDAY!

I think I've decided that me having a blog is rather pointless, since I only post like, once a month or so. Oh well.
So I'm going to try to think of 5 rather exciting things that happened since I last posted.

1. At youth group a couple weeks ago, everyone was eating those double packs of starbursts and I mentioned how there's never any packs with 2 pinks in them. Like 9 different people proceeded to get double pinks. Multiple times. I basically wanted to cry :(

2. BUT! The next day, when I got home from school, I looked in my closet and I was like, "Hey! I have starbursts!" So I opened the first pack, and IT WAS DOUBLE PINKS!!! And I was like, "Dude, that just made my life." Then after I spent a few minutes composing myself, I opened the other pack, and it was another thing of double pinks :D It was the most pathetically accomplished I have ever been in my life. Even more so than when I beat bop-it after Christmas.

3. I'm not sure if I ever shared the fact that I have a dislocated rib. Well, I do. It doesn't hurt as much anymore, but it's still sticking out all cool :) haha

4. Lillian turned 5 like a week ago. We went to Chuck E. Cheese's and had an epically good time.

5. OH! Last saturday was Solo and Enseble in Mt. Pleasant. Western did amazinggg :) All our ensembles and soloists got division 1 ratings. SC Boys got a 7. SC girls got a 5 (which is the best you can get) and the Concert Choir got a 6. Mrs. Keenan said that its only the second time in almost 25 years of her teaching that all her choirs have gotten 1's.

Okay, I thought of five things that happened recently-ish.
I even put a picture of Kalie and I from Lillian's birthday party.
So I guess I'm gonna go find something to do now.
Maybe I'll post again before February's over.
But more likely not. Oh well.

Hello.

Haha I haven't blogged since Elaina was born. Well, shes here.

Anyways, right now I am super duper exhausted.
I got back from Barakel for the second time like 2 hours ago.
I went snowshoeing and cross country skiing, and WON :P haha
Yeah, no one knows what I'm talking about, but thats okay.
We kinda really sucked at broomball because the rink was all melty.
It was fun though :)
There is like, an hour of video of the side of my head from when I was snowshoeing with Tony and Lexi. And then Lexi abandoned us, and it was really funny. Because after that, we went cross country skiing, and me and Tony had to abandon everyone to make it back to broomball on time.
We started our skiing adventure at 3, and our game was at 4:10. At 3:30, Tony and I realized we were only like, 1/4 of the way done with our trail, so we broke away from the group and finished the trail, returning our skates at 4 o'clock. Anyways, we made it back to the broomball rink at 4:07 or something like that. It was a really epic day.

Umm, yeah I'm done now.

its 2010!! :D
the 4 days of this year=awesome.
i've only had to get hit twice this year so far.
which is quite incredible if i do say so myself! ;)
break is overr, today was the first day back.
tomorrow i have a quiz to make up.
but its alright.
whatever.

i was at schnabz for new years eve.
hayley came too, and it was so much fun!
she and i and kalie made resolutions not to be stupid.
then on new years day, we left for barakel!

the ride there i almost fell asleep.
because we barely slept the night before.
camp barakel was absolutely amazing again :)
i went cross country skiing this year and didn't fall.
i played 6 handed euchre and my team lost by 80 points.
i played broomball and almost died, by my helmet saved me.
the speaker was great and discussion time was good too.
barakel food was as yummy as it always is :D
i stayed in the same lodge i did before.
i can't wait to go back in 2 weeks!

i'm gonna go find something to do now.
i should probably get ready for bed.
yeahhh i'm going to go do that.
okay, maybe i'll post soon.

Heyyyy. No one's going to read this. But I figured I'd do it anyways. Because I'm really bored.
It's almost Christmas Break!! I'm pretty much really excited.
The Christmas play is on Saturday. My scene with Hayley is basically a megafail. Oh well.
In better news, I've been in a fairly fantastic mood the past couple week :D
Yeah, I randomly woke up like 2 Thursdays ago in a really good mood. Which was really weird considering how horrible of a mood I had been in the night before.
Um, yupp. This is lame. I'm bored of writing it. So reading it will probably be even lamer.
It's a good thing that no one will bother reading it anyways. Haha.

Alright, funny story.
Yesterday, Savannah was driving me home from school, and we had to give her friend Kaitlin a ride home. So we're driving right, and there's this lady with a bowl cut checking her mail. So most of the rest of the way home Kaitlin was talking about how there should be a plate cut and you could use it as a plate and how it would only look good on people with certain skin tones. And then she was like, "It would be perfect for those people who carry the bowls of fruit on their heads!" So then we started this conversation about how fruit bruises when you drop it and stuff. At that point, Kaitlin says, "You know, apples are a lot like people. If you drop them enough times, they bruise, and then you can't eat them anymore!"
We laughed the rest of the way home.
It pretty much made my day.

I am 1/12 of the way done with high school.

Yeah, first trimester exams are today and tomorrow.
Today's were really really easy. Choir, gym and acting.
Tomorrow I have Algebra and World History.
Those shouldn't be that bad either. I might actually have to think about some of those though.
I could probably be studying right now, but i'm not.

Wow, this is not very exciting at all.
I guess i'm just procrastinating.

I'd forgotten.

I haven't done this in a really long time. So, here we go...



It's funny how the times when I feel the most down are the times when I remember how it felt when I was the most happy.
Oh, and why is it that when I'm the most down is always right around my birthday?
Anyways, like, half an hour ago, I randomly started feeling REALLY down. And I went upstairs and just sat there. And in my head, thoughts just started floating around, and they seemed to make sense. So I grabbed a notebook and a pen, and put my thoughts on paper. Within 10 minutes, I wrote an entire song. I haven't written one since like, April. It felt soooo good to sit down and write. I'd forgotten how much I loved it. It feels like songs are the only way I feel like I can really express what I might spend weeks trying to otherwise explain. Idk. Yeah that's it about that...

Changing subjects now, school is going pretty WELL.
I got my midterm on Wednesday. I have all A's and an A- in algebra.
SWIMMING IS OVERR :D It makes me very happy.
But we're doing volleyball now. I suck at volleyball.

I'm gonna be Julia, and it's gonna be awesome.

hello :)

well, i'm bored, so i decided i'm gonna blog.

UMMM. today is tuesday. which means its almost wednesday. which means that it's almost halfway through the week :) yes, i realize that it being tuesday also means that it's only the second day of the school week...BUT i like to see it my way.

it's currently the third week of school.
i think so far, its going pretty WELL :)
apparently i'm a nerd because i like world history.
just because i'm one of the only smart people in that class...

i'm kinda sick right now. my voice is pretty horrible...its a little bit funny, actually. mostly not though because it sort of hurts to talk.

i want it to be the weekend...
i'm gonna go now. kbye<3

school.

i survived the first week of school :)
and i haven't had to take the bus yet.
hopefully i won't have to at all...

first hour i have choir.
then i have gym (which isn't as bad as people said it would be).
next i have lunch, which starts at 10:59.
after lunch is drama :)
and then i have my learning classes.
4th hour is algebra.
and last is world history.

mr mindy, mrs keckeisen and mr roof are my favorite teachers so far.
i still haven't decided what my favorite class is yet though.

WELL, i'm gonna go help with flower arrangements now.
maybe i'll post soon. probably not. maybe next week haha.
